The rolling hills of middle Tennessee surround the 700- acre gated community, one of the area's few dedicated natural resource communites. Walking trails lead to open fields, views of the seven creeks which meander through the property, and a stocked pond where resi- dents can enjoy fishing. Other community amenites include the Kings' Club includ- ing a heated saltwater pool, party cabana with a stone- stacked fireplace, and two-story main facility with a spacious parlor, fitness center, and full gourmet kitchen. The develop- ment takes its name from the charming on-site, 1800s reno- vated Kings' Chapel. Last year's Parade of Homes was held at Kings' Chapel Com- munity, which was voted #1 Home Development in Greater Nashville House & Home & Gar- den™ magazine's annual Readers Favorites Awards for 2014 and 2015.
