To find these commu- nities, take I-65 South and exit on Saturn Parkway/Hwy. 396. Columbia is south on Hwy. 31. As you enter Columbia, you'll find Value Furniture Gallery on the right. Of- fering furnishings for every room, this store has counter-height dining sets and upholstered pieces in fabrics and leather. Closer to the square, Discount Plumb- ing and Electric Supply features lighting by Minka Lavery, Quorum, and Lithonia, as well as George Kovacs, Seagull, and Progress. Ceiling fans, faucet, and shower heads are showcased as well tubs of all descriptions. Sugar Creek Primitives and Gifts offers new primitive and country home decor and accents. This store has gifts, holiday decor, and more. Just off Garden Street, 105 Design Stu- dio continues to produce repurposed light fixtures made from rustic findings and "found" objects, something for which Todd and Carnice Caskey have been noted for in the area for years. You'll also find home decor items. On the courthouse square, Lily Jane is a sweet little shop featur- ing home decor, can- dles, gifts, baby items, stationary, and more. Owner Lucy McEwen is constantly finding gor- geous, must-have items. Next door, Accents and Antiques offers shoppers more than 7,000 square feet of an- tiques and collectibles. Browse isles of jewelry, furniture, and prints. You'll find beautiful an- tique and cherry repro- duction furniture, glassware, books, comics, paper e phemera, lighting, advertising memora- bilia, pictures, and local art. Stope in to see Miss June. Walk down 7th Avenue to find Wall Candy, where local artists' work graces the walls. You'l find custom frames for your pictures, as well as handmade pot- tery, jewelry and more. Mum's The Word features a wonderful florist's shop with custon fresh florals and plants. On the lower level there's an antique store featuring glasswear, furni- ture, and home decor. And across the street, Oak & Lace is a unique boutique with a collection of handmade, found, vintage, and refin- ished furniture and home décor com- bined with unique clothing and accessories. You'll find everything from armoires, desks, and chairs to dining ta- bles, wall shelves, and glassware. Also in the downtown area, Loblolly In- teriors Market is a true find, offering an inspiring collection of art by regional artists, antiques, English and French fur- niture, unique and unusual lamps and light fixtures, and accessories to create a beautiful home.
